How does it work?
I use a proven system for monitoring my clients and giving them the customized meal plans and workouts that will finally let them sculpt the physique they’re after!
When you first sign up, you’ll be sent a package with the information you’ll need to provide me so I can get started on your plan. This includes vital stats, background info, goals — that kind of thing.
As soon as you send it over, I will take this information and create a customized meal plan and workout plan just for you, and provide instructions and feedback based on the info you’ve sent. You’ll be given everything you need to get started. From there, you just follow the plan and get back to me with your biofeedback.
It’s my job to do the thinking for you.

You have direct access to my private email for questions and any help you need, so that you can get the most out of your plan.
I ask that my clients send me regular biofeedback check-ins. (Again: I provide info on what these should look like, so you’re not left in the dark.) This is so that I can monitor you and how your body is reacting to the plan, and fine tune things for you as necessary.
How much does it cost?
Coaching is only $199 CAD per month for the first three months, then it switches to only $147 CAD a month. You must buy the first three months up front.
